EMOTIONAL EXPERIENCE while eating at EMILY IN PARES PHILIPPINES

So many people suggested I eat at this beautiful corner cafe in Barangay Santa Cruz in Makati, Philippines.

While eating (at the 14:30 mark) I had what I can only describe as an intense emotional experience where the taste and smell of the food unlocked decades old memories that I haven't had in years.
