MAC Leader: "You've established yourselves, you come out as the leaders."

Karen Tucker: "But we actually have the MAC or the Medical Assistant's Committee that is led by medical assistants."

Tamara Cruver: "The MA Committee has definitely enriched my experience here as a medical assistant. We have done volunteer work."

Karen Tucker: They've been spearheading work related to retention because we want to make sure that we are retaining our medical assistants.

Nick DeBlasio: "Our medical assistants are really crucial parts of our teams. We could not do the work that we do every day without them."

Joy Baker: "I feel like I come to work with my family."

Paige Gardner: "Being a medical assistant is very, very inspiring."

Kelli Hoskins: "When a patient will come in and give you a hug, I think that's when I knew I was in the right spot."
