People who do not understand the glorious vision of Advaita Vedanta are quick to dismiss Adi Shankaracharya as a Mayavaadi, the one who dismissed the world as Maya. Nothing could be further from the truth.
Adi Shankaracharya was a Brahmavaadi who only spoke about Brahman, the limitless reality and to reveal it, showed us the truth of Maya.

Drawing from the Bhagavad Gita, the Shvetashvatara Upanishad and the Brahmasutras, Swamini Brahmaprajnananda dispels two myths about Maya, while 'exposing' Maya shakti.
