Tomb Raider Anniversary - Mountain Caves Relic

Opening the exit and obtaining the Killer Whale Bottle relic in the Mountain Caves level of Tomb Raider: Anniversary. This is the 1st relic of 8 in the game. NOTE: In the Nintendo Wii game, this relic is concealed behind a rock wall that must be broken with the pickaxe. The Wii version also includes a potential bug that may prevent you from obtaining the relic unless you get it the first time through. My walkthrough includes details and solutions for this issue.
