Behavioral symptoms may include avoidance of certain situations, restlessness, irritability, and difficulty concentrating. Psychological symptoms of anxiety may include excessive worry, fear of losing control or going crazy, obsessive thoughts, and panic attacks.

These anxiety symptoms are a natural response to stress, but when they become persistent or severe, they can interfere with daily activities and negatively impact our quality of life.
