Instant Jalebi Rabdi is a quick treat to celebrate holi with your loved ones. So please check  it out my version easiest instant rabdi

Ingredients for Rabadi
1. Milk- 500 ml ( full cream milk
2. Sugar- 3/4 cup
3. Dry fruits- cashew nuts amd badam(coarsely powdered)
4. White bread- 2 slices( cut the edges and use only white part )
5. Cardamom powder- 1 tsp

Ingredients Sugar syrup:

1.Sugar: 1.5 cup
2.Water: half cup
3.Cardamom- 2 to 3 nos
4.Food color- 1 pinch

Ingredients for jalebi:

1.Maida- 1cup
2.ghee- 1 tsp
3.eno- 1 pocket
4.water- 1cup + 5 tbsp

Instructions:

1.Take thick bottomed pan to prepare instant rabdi add milk and stir continuously
2.after simmering milk add sugar, coarsely grinded bread powder, dry fruits powder and  cardamom powder(as shown in the video) stir continuously with out lumps.
3.after adding bread powder in 2 mints rabdi is done.
4.Serve with nuts and rose petals while serving instant rabdi is ready to serve with jalebi.
5.Take a pan add sugar, water cardamoms and bring it to boil till the sugar dissolves.
6.Cook till you get oily consistency in the sugar syrup. To check, touch slightly cooled drops of the syrup between your index finger and thumb. And switch of the flame kept aside.
7.in a mixing bowl add maida, ghee and eno(to rise the batter) Mix all the dry ingredients very well (as shown in the video)
8.Now add 1 cup water. The amount of water to be added whisk, first mix. Break any lumps while mixing.Make sure the batter has a medium consistency and is flowing.(as shown in the video)
9.Pour the completed batter in a squeezy bottle (old ketchup bottles are great for this!). As shown in the video
10.now instant jalebi mix is ready to prepare jalebi, heat ghee or oil for deep frying in a heavy bottomed kadai or pan. Ghee gives a better flavor, but here i used either 50/50 consistentcy to fry the jalebi.
11.Now squeeze the bottle in hot kadai and make concentric rings with the batter.
12.When one side is partly cooked and the batter has firmed up, turn over with a pair and the other side.
13.Fry till the oil stops sizzling and the jalebis are a light golden. Remove with tongs, shaking them to drain the extra oil.
14.Immediately put the fried jalebi in the sugar syrup. The sugar syrup should still be warm when you add the jalebi to it.turn over after a minute so that both sides are coated with the syrup.turn over after a minute so that both sides are coated with the syrup.
15.Hot instant jalebi is ready to serve with instant rabdi
