Keto Fathead Dough Recipe:

Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum

Instructions:

1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and well combined. Be careful not to overheat.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk the almond flour, baking powder, and xanthan gum together.

3. Beat your egg

4. Add the dry mixture to the melted cheese mixture as well as your beaten egg.  Mix well until a dough-like consistency forms.

5. Place the dough in plastic wrap and set in refrigerator for 30 mins.

6. Roll out to use for your favorite keto recipe.
