5 SOLUTIONS for display problem whether laptop on but no display only black screen or laptop does not turn on. This method works on all laptops hp laptop, dell laptop, lenovo laptop, acer laptop, toshiba laptop and mac laptop.
In this video, hp laptop EliteBook 8460p is used to show how to fix black screen on laptop / black screen of death on laptop. However, this method is for all laptops.

1 - check charger
due to issue with charger, laptop power on problem may occur, so check charger first that can be a laptop power on laptop power on but no display solution
2 - check battery
battery can be problem too, so check it, it properly supplies voltage to the laptop, make it sure, with battery confirmation, laptop power on but no display problem black screen can be solved
3 - check over charged problem
sometimes laptop gets over charged that may cause power on no display laptop problem or black screen laptop but can be fixed for all kind laptops e.g. hp laptop dell laptop lenovo laptop
4 - check RAM
ram can also cause Laptop with a Black Screen so remove it, rub it with soft cloth or brush to Fix an HP Laptop with a Black Screen or Fix an dell Laptop with a Black Screen or any other you are using
5 - check ribbon
ribbon can cause laptop screen not working , it can also be confirm when it is connected to external monitor, so this is a reason behind laptop screen not working but external monitor does
6 - graphics chip
