Leopard 2 A7V Gewässerübergang Wettiner Schwert 2024

As part of the exercise "Wettiner Schwert 2024", the water crossing of a German battle group on the Elbe near Klietz was on the program on March 18, 2024. "Wettiner Schwert 2024" is a sub-exercise of the larger Bundeswehr exercise "Quadriga 2024", which is the German sub-exercise of the NATO exercise "Steadfast Defender 2024". During the water crossing, over 160 heavy, light, armored and unarmored vehicles were brought to the western bank of the Elbe by M3 amphibious vehicle. Two M3 amphibians were coupled to each and acted as a ferry. The video shows the transfer of four Leopard 2 A7V main battle tanks.
