Boko Haram Releases 21 Kidnapped Girls

Boko Haram Islamists have released 21 of more than 200 girls kidnapped in 2014 in the northern town of Chibok, the Nigerian government said on Thursday. VOA's Ibrahim Ahmed gives us the report.
