If you ask any Indian traveler who has visited Vietnam about the must-do activities in Hanoi, then Hanoi Train Street will surely be mentioned.

Hanoi Train Street is one of the most renowned and adventurous tourist spots in Hanoi favored by many Indian and foreign visitors. It will be ideal to enjoy morning coffee on sidewalks and take some stunning pictures of the lives of local people. Currently, the Vietnamese Government released restrictions on tourism in this area. However, some cafés still open and you can drop in here for interesting experiences, as long as you follow our full guide and safety tips.

Hanoi Train Street was constructed during the French colonial period, roughly in the early years of the 20th century. It is only about a 100-meter-long path, surrounded by tightly tall and narrowed Hanoi houses. Some hot spots have attracted a lot of travelers, such as Dien Bien Phu, Phung Hung, and Le Duan railway sections. When visiting here, you will immerse yourself in the thrilling, a bit low-faced feeling, which is a unique experience for your trip.
