1. go to gridviewrowdatabound event from the properties.
2. write code  
e.Row.Attributes["onmouseover"] = "this.style.backgroundColor='aquamarine';";
e.Row.Attributes["onmouseout"] = "this.style.backgroundColor='white';";
2. Load data in gridview.
