आज हम बनाएंगे ऐसा ज़बरदस्त मसाला जो आपने पहले कभी नहीं बनाया होगा. यह मसाला आप कोई भी सब्जी या दाल में डाल सकते हो.इस मसाले को बनाने के बाद आपको कोई भी और मसाला और नमक डालने की जरुरत नहीं पड़ेगी. उम्मीद है आपको यह आल इन वन मसाले की रेसिपी जरूर पसंद आई होगी. कमेंट करके बताइए आपको यह रेसिपी कैसी लगी

Ingredients:
1 Cup Ground Nuts
1/2 Cup Coriander Seeds
1/2 Cup Dry Coconut
1/2 Cup Sesame Seeds
1 tsp Fenugreeks Seeds
2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Fennel Seeds
1/2 tsp Carrom Seeds
2 tsp Kasurimethi
1/4 Cup Gram Flour
5 Bay Leaf
1/2 Cup Salt
Note: You can change salt and red chilly powder quantity as per your taste.
Flower Matar Sabji:
2 tbsp Oil
1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
1 Chopped Onion
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1-1/2 Cup Boiled Cauliflower
1 Cup Boiled Green Peas
1/4 Cup All in One Masala
1/4 Cup Curd
Water as Require
Green Chillies
Fresh Coriander
Capsicum Sabji:
1 tbsp Oil
1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
4 Capsicum
1 tsp Sugar
2-3 tbsp All in one Masala
1 tsp Water
Fresh Coriander
Paneer Masala:
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Butter
1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 green cardamom
Small Cinnamon Stick
2 Onions
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
3 Tomato Puree
1 Capsicum
1/4 Cup All in one Masala
150 Gram Paneer
Fresh Coriander
To Make Dal:
1 tsp Oil
1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
10-12 Fenugreek Seeds
5-6 Curry Leaves
3 Dry Red Chillies
Pressure Cooked Toordal
Water as Require
1/4 Cup Jaggery
1/4 Cup All in One Masala
1 inch Ginger
1 tsp Fresh Coriander
1/2 Lemon Juice
