Oh boy do we love our parmigianas in this house❤️ Tonight I’m showing you how to make my favorite healthy dish 🤣 Shrimp Parmigiana w/ baked baby zucchini ! No diets over here! This dish is nothing like my pronunciations, I promise😂! And we love to bust each other it’s our secret to a happy marriage❤️ all jokes aside this shrimp parm will be a crowd pleaser for sure! It’s not a popular dish that people bring to bbqs or parties in general so it’s definitely something different to add to the rotation. for the baby zucchini I just did what I normally do when I make veggies with breadcrumbs, cheese or both. They came out so delicious and I say it’s because of my favorite oven setting, broil and of course 4c’s breadcrumb!
