How To Fix Toshiba That Beeps at Startup / Keeps Beeping at Start-up

If your Toshiba computer that beeps at start-up, use this video to see why.  Beeps are usually done in patterns called Beep Codes  to tell us what is wrong with the computer.  Use the beep code to determine the issue and how to fix it !!  Most beep codes I encounter with Toshiba have to do with bad RAM.  If this does not help, leave me a message with what pattern your computer is beeping in.
