The arcade cabinet contains a stick and two buttons ,one for shot and one for the lob.The stick is used for movement of your player. As well, the stick offers control over your shots. If you hold left or right in conjunction with one of the buttons then the ball will be directed appropriately.
If you hold up the shoot button you will shooting a powerful shoot, but the is not always possible and it takes time to recover from the charge stance.
Depending on your position relative to the ball you may do a backhand, forehand, overhand smash, or even a dive.
The lob sends the ball into a high lob ,when the opponent is playing close to the net the lob button is best used to send the ball over your opponent's head to catch him off-guard.
At start of game you can choose between 8 real-life professional tennis players with different strengths and go through a five matches tournament that you must win to complete the game.
When you defeat a series of opponents,you earn money depending on how well you do. Games are all best two out of three.
There are a variety of court surfaces to play and the ball reacted differently on different surfaces.
