Is there stress in your marriage? Is your marriage not working well? Do you know what is the reason for this stress in your marriage? And do you want to remove this stress? And want to improve your married life.


Definition of depression and stress?
If you are not feeling sleepy, don’t want to do anything in your life, then you may be in depression. Depression is considered clinically when these signs occur with you for more than 3 weeks.

How to recognize that your partner is in depression? And how to get your partner out of depression?

Many times it happens that both partners start blaming each other in front of the doctor. Both say that you need to explain to my partner that they need help. But they do not understand that if one partner is depressed, then the effect will be on both the partners. In the same way, if a man is depressed then he needs his wife at that time. So it would be better if you stay with your partner.

Stress also has a category. Like Minor Depression,  Moderate Depression and Chronic depression. If your partner is in chronic depression, then consult the psychiatrist as soon as possible. And take the pills regularly.

If we talk about women, then she goes to a room and crying. But the male partner never cries. Sometimes the male partner starts to judge his wife. He starts to misunderstand his wife. He starts to judge her. So this causes depression in the other partner. But the male partner does tell his feelings. He starts smoking, drinking. Both partners start blaming instead of understanding each other which is totally wrong. Instead of blaming both, they need to change their behaviour.

What do you need to change?

Listen to each other without judgement-
If you want to improve your relationship then listen to each other but do not judge. If you judge your partner, your relationship will never go well. So listen to your partner.


Do not give an adjective to your partner-
Never give your partner an adjective. Never tell your partner that you are like this, your nature is like this from the beginning. You fight a lot. You don’t understand anything. Learn something from your brother etc. These things will never let your relationship get right.


Do not use the ‘Always’ word in a relationship-
Never use the word always in your relationship. This word spoils your relationship. Never tell your partner that you are always like this. You always lie down. Never say this word



If you need a psychiatrist then take their help-
If you feel that your partner is in depression and needs help, then definitely take him to the psychiatrist. Don’t be afraid of the world. Because your partner needs a doctor more at that time.
