Hi, I am Jia. A personal trainer, author, Mental Health Advocate, Life Coach, Boxing Instructor, Trauma-Informed Strength Consultant and content creator for YouTube working in London, UK.
I make videos on everything from trauma to strength training to beauty and inner peace. I am half Pakistani half Indian and my Husband is Bulgarian. We live with two bunnies with stinky attitudes (they make spontaneous appearances on my videos often).
