King Frederik X ,Queen Mary drop first look of captivating family portraits from palace

King Frederik and Queen Mary are the new hope for Denmark as Queen Margrethe abdicates the throne after a 52 year reign in favour of her son.
The couple were proclaimed King and Queen on January 14 as millions gathered to witness the special eve at Christiansborg palace located in Copenhagen.
The Danish royal family unveiled three portraits on Instagram captured by renowned photographer  Dennis Stenild from the Throne Room’s balcony on January 14.
