In this video I want to invite you to visit all the sub-districts in Demak Regency, Central Java. This is one of my blessings to set foot in all districts in Central Java and several districts in East Java. Yes, of course I can't possibly reach them all at one time, I will pay them in installments one by one. Well, in this video it's Demak's turn.
Demak is a district to the east of Semarang, adjacent to the administrative area of Semarang City and Semarang Regency to the west. To the south of Demak is Jepara and Laut Regency, to the east is Kudus Regency, and to the south is Grobogan Regency. Demak is also a coastal area and there are still many swamps, therefore it is called Demak which comes from the Arabic word dhimak which means swamp. Now the area of Demak Regency is 89,743 hectares, no longer like the area under Demak's control when it was still a sultanate that controlled almost all of the land on the island of Java. Demak Regency has the motto: Demak is Dignified, Advanced and Prosperous.
So, to understand the current situation in Demak, I want to invite you to visit all the sub-districts here and at the end of the video we will sort them, which sub-district is the smallest and which is the largest. There are 14 in total. I started this journey from the east.
