Tyrael, the ArchAngel of Justice
Tyrael, the ArchAngel of Justice is a formidable Warrior for the High Heavens, in the Eternal Conflict, slaying inumerable demons with his Mighty El’Druin.
In humanity's own War against evil, he appears as their greatest advocate, much to the dismay of much of his Angelic Brethren, who ardently oppose Sanctuaries very existence.
Yet, since we meet the then bound angel in Diablo 2, he does not directly help the hero, instead merely guides.
Which Begs the question, why? It seems such a waste of Heavens Champion to sit idle as mankind suffers?
Who is secretly stopping Tyrael's attempt to fight the forces of Hell, alongside the heroes of Diablo 2?
What made the two Evils Diablo & Baal choose not to Kill a decidedly defeated Tyrael, but instead allow their sworn enemy and angel to live, after their close encounter in Tal Rasha's tomb?
Why does Tyrael recruit a hapless Marius, a non combatant to destroy Baals Shard of Destruction & entrust the diminutive rube with the fate of all of humanity?
