Police chase ends in deadly crash in Chesapeake

We're looking at the police pursuit policy in Chesapeake, after a chase and crash over the holiday weekend. A man died after police say he didn't stop for officers trying to pull him over in the Deep Creek area. The crash also sent a woman not involved in the pursuit to the hospital.
