OM NAMAH SHIVAYA
"I bow down to Shiva."
It is a mystical formula to internalize ourselves, go beyond the structures of the thinking mind, rediscover our angle of stillness and perceive the most genuine.
When reciting the mantra you have to internalize as much as possible, position yourself as a witness to the mind, focus where the mantra is born and beyond where it arises.
Swami Muktananda explained:
"This is the great liberating mantra.
It means: "I bow down to Shiva."
Shiva is not a Hindu, a Muslim, a Buddhist, or a Christian. He is your own being. It is the being of all. Shiva is the supreme happiness. Shiva is unlimited love. Shiva is almighty.

- Listen, sing (reciting the results are seen before) for 21 or 40 days.
