12 Cops swarm unarmed man picking trash then arrest him on bogus charge #policeaccountabilityreport

This unarmed man is arrested by 12 Baltimore police officers while picking up trash without any evidence of wrongdoing, showing how taxpayer dollars are wasted in a city suffering a wave of car thefts and homicides. Just one example of the many incidents of police misconduct initiated by Baltimore police Sgt. Ethan Newberg. The initiating officer who tackle the man, Sgt. Newberg has been charged and convicted of 32 counts of misconduct in office however those charges came from the review of just 9 body worn camera videos. These 9 videos were collected in just 6 months. Only 6 months of video were able to provide 9 different incidents where Sgt Newberg was caught on camera violating the constitutional rights of citizens. As I watched these videos I was forced to ask myself, how many more incidents, how many more civil rights violations occurred during the other 23 years he was on the force. And even more disturbing, how many complaints of police misconduct were filed by residents that were cast aside because there was no body worn camera program and no evidence available to contradict the sworn testimony of an officer. The example of this gentleman shows a person who might not be living the healthiest life but who is trying to survive and eke out of living-- it is very doubtful this arrest made his life better.
