How to Read Dodge DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Codes) Without a Scan Tool.MOV

This is a short video I made demonstrating how to get the DTC's from a Dodge Ram without a scan tool / code reader.  To do this: Place the key in the ignition and from the OFF position; Turn the key on 3 times.  Never hit the starter and do all 3 ON positions in under 5 seconds, leaving it ON the last time.  (So it's: OFF - ON - OFF - ON - OFF - ON and leave it in the ON position.  After a few seconds the computer will begin to display the trouble codes.)
I believe it will work on any Dodge Ram with a PCM (The one I used in the video is a 1992) all the way up to at least 2007.  On the older trucks it will 'Blink' the check engine light and on the newer ones with a digital display for the odometer, it will display the codes there.
