Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled Arctic Hurdler Trophy / Achievement Guide - Use the shortcut in Polar Pass. [Bronze]
For this jump you should first collect 10 Wumpa Fruit, it increases your speed and lets you jump further!
Immediately after driving across the small wooden bridge with water on both sides, you will come through a frozen cave with two seals at the end (the seals that move and hurt you). Behind the seals is a wall with a yellow street-banner and black arrows on it. For the shortcut you must jump over this wall! Doing so requires a boost. One way is to do a jump (hold :r1: ) just before the two seals at the cave exit to gain a jump-boost. If you miss the boost, simply drive back and repeat until you can make it successfully. Alternatively, you can also try getting a Turbo Boost power-up from a box and use that to gain enough speed.
