I'm back!
Here is a tutorial on how to get the LSPD uniform (the dark one) in GTA V. Make sure to make a backup of your game saves before doing this. I am not responsible if you mess something up, even though there is a very slim chance that that could happen.

GTA V Save Game Editor - http://www.x3t-infinity.com/DownloadG...
Change the following values in the clothes menu as I show in the video:
0x11: 0x00000006
0x12: 0x00000006
0x14: 0x00000001
0x17: 0x00000006
0x18: 0x00000005
0x28: 0x00000009 -- This is the hat, you need the hockey mask for the hat to show up, unless you don't want the hat.
