This is one of the most frustrating examples of just how diminished the standards are when it comes to foreclosure cases. Listen to the allegations of no note and improper documents as alleged by the homeowner attorney. The court just ignores it all and PCAs.
It frankly is so far beyond disturbing to see how the courts just ignore such gross allegations.
