Coleslaw, also known as slaw, is a side dish consisting primarily of finely shredded raw cabbage with a salad dressing, commonly either vinaigrette or mayonnaise.
涼拌椰菜是一種配菜, 主要由切細的椰菜和沙拉醬製成, 通常是香醋或蛋黃醬.

My Coleslaw recipe is very easy to follow and quick to make but super delicious. Freshly-shredded cabbage, carrots and apple are fresh and crisp, low-calorie, low-carb. Best serve with BBQ meat or deep fried dishes such as fried chicken.

我這涼拌椰菜食譜很簡單和很快捷但是非常美味, 新鮮切碎的椰菜, 紅蘿蔔和蘋果清新爽脆, 低熱量,低碳水化合物, 最適宜配烤肉或油炸食品, 可以減少油膩.

Ingredients 材料  
Small red cabbage (細紅椰菜) 450g
Carrots (紅蘿蔔) 200g
Large red apple 1 (大紅蘋果) about (約) 180g
Mayonnaise (蛋黃醬) 150g
Salt (鹽) about 1 tsp (約一茶匙)
Lemon juice 2 to 3 tablespoons (檸檬汁2至3湯匙)
