You will learn to make Three Designs from one Paper Napkin on a set of Terracotta Pots. We will look at two decoupage methods and how to use specific designs of paper napkins to get around the problem of a container that is narrow at the bottom and wide at the top. We will also look at how to achieve a smooth or rough finish to the napkins.
