Falooda is a famous summer dessert across India. Falooda sev is usually made with arrowroot powder at our home in North India. But here in South India cornflour is easily available. Today I am going to share how to make falooda sev at home using cornflour.
There are many variations in falooda recipe but traditionally it is served with rose falooda. Falooda is made with different layers adding rabri, milk, kulfi, icecream, dryfruits, Sabja, chia seeds etc.
It's a scrumptious dessert during summer season and all around the year.
