Recent lawsuit against a debt buyer and 3 credit bureaus (FDCPA and FCRA)

In this video we talk about being sued by a debt buyer, winning the case, and then disputing false credit reporting.

The debt buyer and the three credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian and Trans Union) did not delete even though we won in court.

So we sued the debt buyer under FDCPA and FCRA and state law.

And the credit bureaus -- Equifax, Experian and Trans Union -- under the FCRA.
