The drug war hasn't stopped the flow of cocaine to the U.S., but it has opened up new frontiers of investment for foreign corporations, led to militarization south of the border and helped push through sweeping regulatory changes in Mexico and Colombia, according to journalist Dawn Paley. AJ+ asks her about her new book, "Drug War Capitalism," the missing students from Ayotzinapa, the mass graves all over Mexico and who is winning and losing the drug war.
