This is an LC-130 doing a combat offload or "drifting" of three pallets at Pegasus Field, McMurdo Station, Antarctica. This is the method they use for unloading all pallets at some of the field camps because they don't have any equipment to download the aircraft. They used this technique here because it is a lot faster than using the forks to pick it off that back of the plane plus the cargo wasn't very fragile.

To pick the pallets up off the ground we just put our forks under the edge, pick it up a little, place a block underneath, set it on the block, and then drive under. You can just pick the up without the block but if you mess up you can put a big gouge in the ramp.

After the plane goes by you see Cargo Ray in the gator, then Dale in Wizard and Christopher in Blazzin Red Fish.
