Mr. Marbles

Ok people. This is his whole story in 3 minutes. As much as I’d love to keep him, his current situation is not ideal. We don’t have ANY cats roaming long enough for me to help them because they normally get eaten pretty quickly. Spirulina was supposed to be a barn cat. After a coyote attack and a $2800 vet bill, multiple surgeries, drains, and the possibility of lifetime incontinence - which thankfully she doesn’t have, she is an indoor cat who pretty much despises every other animal, so there is no chance I can take him in here. Mr. Marbles stands zero chances out in the wild here as long as he’s limping. He’s smart enough to have evaded the ‘yotes out here for this long. I have found many random cat feet here on the farm over the years - evidence of predators - and all a part of this rural farm living, but Marbles will be set up for this fate if he is set free out here with a limp. He has warmed up surprisingly fast since his vet visit, and he seems to be happy with his confinement (he is not going stir crazy as I suspected) and all his basic needs being met. This boy WILL become a lap cat if given the opportunity.
