12.04.2021 - VN24 - Sattelzug kippte auf ein Feld - Bergung mit Seilwinden

VN24 - 12.04.2021 - Wadersloh / Germany - A semi-truck loaded with plastic granulate left the road on Stromberger Straße at the height of Baseler Straße in Wadersloh (near Oelde) and drove down a slight slope to a field, where the truck lay on its side. Before the truck could be recovered, numerous bulk bags, each weighing 1.1 tons, had to be lifted out of the trailer with a crane and transferred to a replacement vehicle. The tractor-trailer was then set on its wheels with winches from two recovery vehicles and pulled out of the field.The driver apparently did not sustain any injuries in the accident.
