Impressively dominating the entrance of Mount Stuart Square, with its high concentration of grade-two listed buildings which surround the infamous Coal Exchange at its heart.

Set within the epicentre of Cardiff Bay, this four-story, Grade II listed building is a wash of channel-rusticated stone, red brick and Bath stone dressings with eight impressive bays to the east elevation and four to the south, rising to circular windows and incredible stone chimneys.

Originally constructed in 1898, the heavily Dutch-influenced architecture was the design of H.Tudor Thornley for the ship owners John Cory and Sons who occupied the building until the mid-1990.

Having undergone extensive yet careful redevelopment, Mount Stuart House is now home to six exclusive residences.
