〖Echocardiography〗 Etiological phenotypes of HFpEF - Hypertrophic (Obstructive) Cardiomyopathy 🫀

Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy can present in many different forms. It is possible to only have an apical form. The LV cavity can be shaped like a "banana," & the LVOT can be obstructed, leading to a so-called SAM (systolic anterior motion of the anterior mitral valve leaflet), leading to high gradients and symptomatic patients.
