How To Install Survival Extended mod for MW3 survival (made by Xzocker)

a quick quide on how to install the new difficulties for MW3 survival.
Get MW3 on steam
Get MW3 dedicated server from steam (free)
Get alterware launcher and place it into MW3 main directory
Start alterware launcher at least once
Get Survival Extended mod and place it into MW3 main directory
Start the game through iw5-mod.exe or through AlterWare launcher
