Archery FAQ: Thumb Ring - yes - no - which one?

I am not a scientist, not a historian. I simply explain here how I personally do it. Everybody can feel free and do it differently. But as people have asked for my personal opinion: here it is. Mostly I don't use thumb rings, because i trained my thumb.
