Melanocyte Transplantation

With This we have found that our results
comes faster and with the smaller donor area
For Melanocyte Transplantation we need a Ultra Thin Graft.
We divide this Graft in 2 parts one for Melanocyte Transplantation and other for Micro Grafting
For Melanocyte Transplantation we use Trypsin solution which needs to be stored at -10: C
We incubate graft with Trypsin for 40 minutes
For Micrografting we cut grafts in small bits
We do Dermabrasion up to upper dermis only
Then we do Micro Punching with 16 G Needle to micro implant Melanin Pigments  
For Melanocyte Transplantation we separate Dermis and Epidermis
We neutralize the trypsin with Plasma. Then we Filter the Dermis and Epidermis
We are spreading the micrograft over Derma braded area. These Micrograft's are less than 1 mm.
Then we spread Melanocyte Solution on Derma braded area.
Then Dressing is done by Collagen sheets and Gauze Piece, Tegaderm
We remove Dressing after 5 days.
We give post Op Phototherapy and Topicals.
