Meatballs With Mashed Potatoes
3 large potatoes
2 spoonful butter
half a glass of milk
1 teaspoon salt
For Meatballs
500 g minced meat
1 onion
Half a cup of breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon of black pepper
For sauce
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 cup tomato puree
Salt
Black pepper
For the above
100 g cheddar cheese

Cabbage Roll
1 medium cabbage
2 cups of rice
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 tablespoon of chili paste
Mint
Parsley
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon mint
1 cup of olive oil

2 tablespoons of pomegranate molasses

2 eggplants
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 tomato
1 clove of garlic

half a cup of olive oil

COLD BAKLAVA
400 gr phyllo dough
100 g butter
Half a teaspoon of oil
1.5 cups walnuts
for sherbet
2 cups sugar
2 glasses of water
2 cups of milk
100ml cream

Half a cup of oil
1.5 tablespoons of tomato paste

5 cups of hot water
1 cup boiled chickpeas
1.5 cups of ravioli
half a teaspoon of salt
