Biryani with potatoes
the components
A kilo to a quarter of potatoes
3 cups of super rice
4 medium sized onions
tomato
7 garlic cloves
Magi cube
Cardamom + cinnamon + bay leaf + dry lemon
A spoonful of salt for boiling rice
Only a quarter cup for frying onions and cooking biryani
A liter of water for boiling rice and boiling potatoes
Biryani spices
 Dry lemon
+ bay leaf
+ Sheikh's daughter
+ dry coriander
+ pepper
+ cumin
These are the same spices that we take ready to follow the biryani
Grind it and add a teaspoon and a half
And we add
Half a teaspoon of turmeric
+ half a teaspoon of cumin
+ half a teaspoon of pepper
+ Half a teaspoon of curry
+ a spoonful of salt

There are many rice dishes known and famous in most kitchens of the world since ancient times, such as Japanese sticky rice dishes, Bengali steamed rice, Spanish and Portuguese rice dishes with chicken and rabbit, South Indian chitrana dish, Chinese and Malaysian rice dish with pottery, sausages and vegetables.
