Orange juice is high in many nutrients, including vitamin C, folate, and potassium.

One cup of Orange Juice gives you Vitamin C: 206% of Daily Value

Ingredients:
• Orange– 4 Pieces
• Ginger – 1 Small Slice
• Lemon – ½

Method:
• Grind all the 3 Ingredients
•  Use strainer to strain the juice in the glass and Serve.

FYI: The addition of sugar or any other sweetener depends upon the sweetness or sourness of oranges. Instead of sugar you can add honey or jaggery, which are better options than sugar in terms of health benefits.
