In this episode, Pat works as a passenger service officer at Manchester Airport but dreams of a different career, and she finally plucks up the courage to apply for the cabin crew trainee course. Terminal 2 at Manchester is thrown into turmoil when a fire alarm goes off. When everything's back to normal, Britannia find one of their flights grounded, by a lizard! Meanwhile, trainee stewards Aaron and Jason, after passing their training course, are off for their first working flight.
