The pandemic has SKYROCKETED the interest in cloud kitchens/ghost kitchens/dark kitchens around the world. The trend was already going that way before but now it is like a hockey stick curve.
But it makes sense when you think about all the benefits of Cloud Kitchens. It is super attractive and the barrier is way lower. So I get it.
