These step by step process will help get your Cilantro ready to chop.

1. Gather a bunch of cilantro and line it up on a cutting board.

2. Cut off the bottom of the cilantro stems focusing on the ones that are larger and thick. These do not have any flavor.

3. You can then start cutting the cilantro depending on how thick you want the cilantro leaves to be.

I gather the cilantro in a pile, and run my knife through it. Then I turn it and chop again until the cilantro is to the size I need.
