Cheating California truck emissions!!!!

Can you believe this?  Trucks in California can be tampered with- sending awful exhaust into the air.  Watch this video as water is used to replace urea.. the chemical that is supposed to clean exhaust out of trucks.  How many trucks on our California freeways are really up to emission standards?  Our kids are breathing this air!!! WE are breathing this air!!
