My Y Story | Clark and Josh | YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties

Meet Josh - He's been working out at the Y for over a year now. He was looking to make a positive change in his life when he joined us and he hasn't looked back since.

Not only has the Y allowed him to develop positive habits and get in shape, but it has also allowed him to develop meaningful friendships including Clark.

Clark is also a member of the Y for about a year. He has always struggled a bit with fitness until he joined the Y. He began working out every day and taking it more seriously. Clark speaks about the people he has been able to meet at the Y as well. Clark and Josh started a friendship over "gym talk" and their friendship has blossomed outside of the gym over time.

The Y is somewhere that allows members to not only reach physical goals but also foster relationships and engage socially.
