Happy Fall ya’ll! 🍂 I have 3 easy and delicious crockpot meal recipes below that I hope you’ll enjoy!

Here’s  a simple recipe for crockpot shredded BBQ chicken:

Ingredients:

• 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 1 cup BBQ sauce (your choice of flavor)
• 1/4 cup chicken broth
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, chicken broth, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the BBQ sauce mixture.
3. Pour the BBQ sauce mixture over the chicken in the crockpot, ensuring the chicken is well-coated.
4. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. The chicken is done when it shreds easily with a fork.
5. Once the chicken is cooked, use two forks to shred it directly in the crockpot. Stir the shredded chicken to coat it with the BBQ sauce.
6. Let it cook for an additional 15-30 minutes on low to soak up more of the BBQ flavor.
7. Serve the shredded BBQ chicken on buns for sandwiches, on top of a salad, or with your choice of sides.
